Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the b9gem website, creating a b9gem account, using the b9gem Login portal, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with b9gem's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the b9gem platform, including but not limited to: online casino games (slots, live dealer tables, table games, crash games, bingo), sports betting markets (cricket, PSL, football, UFC, kabaddi), promotional offers, loyalty programmes, and all account-related services including deposits, withdrawals, and dispute resolution.

Your continued use of b9gem following any update or modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. b9gem recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

By registering and using b9gem, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing b9gem for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a registered self-excluded player on b9gem or any affiliated platform;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or close relative of any employee of b9gem or its affiliated companies;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you;
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

It is the sole responsibility of each user to determine whether participation in online gaming activities is lawful in their jurisdiction. b9gem makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction outside of those covered by its operating licence.

Account Registration & Security

To access b9gem's real-money gaming products, you must register a b9gem account through the b9gem Login system. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

During registration, you must provide accurate and verifiable information including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document;
• Valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older;
• A unique, valid email address;
• A valid Pakistani mobile number;
• Your preferred PKR payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or card details).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b9gem Login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. b9gem will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify b9gem immediately at [email protected].

b9gem reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including at registration, upon a withdrawal request, or at any point during your account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delayed or refused withdrawal processing.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All financial transactions on the b9gem platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). b9gem supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank Internet Banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Deposits:

• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your b9gem PKR wallet in real time.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take between 15 minutes and 2 banking hours to reflect.
• b9gem does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed by b9gem with zero platform-side fees on all Pakistani payment methods.
• Withdrawals are paid back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed full KYC verification.
• b9gem reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger risk management thresholds.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• b9gem reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a pending dispute.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

b9gem offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all b9gem bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is clearly stated in the bonus terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution. Exact contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits concurrent bonus stacking.
• Abuse and Exploitation: b9gem reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other form of promotional exploitation.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed the required account verification steps. b9gem reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets and wagers placed on b9gem are subject to the rules governing the specific game or sports betting market involved. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand the applicable rules and accept the outcome as final once the relevant event or game round has concluded.

Casino Games:

• All casino game outcomes on b9gem are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are statistically independent, unpredictable, and cannot be influenced by any player action outside of the normal game controls.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed will be refunded to the player's PKR wallet.
• Live dealer game rules are governed by the rules of the specific game variant in play. Dealer decisions are final once the round has closed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.

Sports Betting:

• All sports betting markets, including PSL cricket, international cricket, UFC, football, and kabaddi, are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market type as published by b9gem.
• Odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. The odds at which your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager.
• b9gem reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond a specified period, or affected by circumstances that materially alter the integrity of the market.
• In-play bets are accepted at b9gem's discretion. b9gem may suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• Palpable errors in odds — including but not limited to manifest pricing errors — will result in the affected bet being voided, regardless of whether it has been confirmed by the platform.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b9gem platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance and pending withdrawals, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment details, impersonating another person, or otherwise fraudulently misrepresenting your identity or account details.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one b9gem account per individual, household, device, or shared IP address without prior written consent from b9gem.
• Money Laundering: Using the b9gem platform to launder proceeds of crime, circumvent financial regulations, or conduct transactions that have no legitimate gaming purpose.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or organised PSL betting manipulation.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools to play casino games or place bets without direct human interaction.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software errors, platform glitches, or incorrectly displayed odds to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider while retaining funds or winnings derived from the disputed transaction on your b9gem account.
• Underage Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the b9gem platform by any person under the age of 21.

Responsible Gaming

b9gem is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously as a licensed operator.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered b9gem players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out of your b9gem account.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic pop-up notifications reminding you of your session duration and total wagering activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the b9gem platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the b9gem platform — including but not limited to the b9gem brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive property of b9gem or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the b9gem platform solely for your personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any b9gem content or materials without prior written consent from b9gem.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to b9gem regarding the platform or its services may be used by b9gem at its sole discretion without any obligation to compensate you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b9gem, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the b9gem platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through normal use of the platform;
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond b9gem's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions;
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the b9gem platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit b9gem's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Account Suspension & Termination

b9gem reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• A chargeback or payment reversal being initiated against a b9gem transaction;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, b9gem will process any verified balance remaining in your PKR wallet after deducting any amounts owed to b9gem, including outstanding bonus liabilities or disputed transaction amounts. Closure of an account does not extinguish any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of closure.

You may also choose to close your b9gem account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification requirements.

Amendments to These Terms

b9gem reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, b9gem will notify registered players via email to the address registered on their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the b9gem platform, at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of players, or updates required for legal or regulatory compliance — may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is shown at the top of this page. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the b9gem platform immediately and, if you wish to close your account, contact support at [email protected].

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b9gem holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and b9gem, you agree to first contact the b9gem support team in good faith to seek an informal resolution. The support team will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of b9gem's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent b9gem from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
